• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

• Your name and order number

Once received, our team will review your claim. If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the affected item at no additional cost. Please note that we do not provide refunds, and replacements are only issued in cases where the product is verified as defective or incorrect.
